Looking for something legitimate, I found a market of gray-market “research use only” vials: no pharmacy behind them, no provider, and no way to know what was actually in the syringe. The hardest part wasn't the injury. It was finding a source I could trust.

Every compound comes from a state-licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy. "Research use only" vendors never touch our supply.

Compounded means not FDA-approved

Compounded medications aren't reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before marketing. That's true of every compounded therapy, from any seller. Anyone who implies otherwise is misleading you.

A provider reviews every order

An independent licensed provider evaluates your health intake and decides whether your order is appropriate. If they decline it, you pay nothing. TRT includes a required consultation with a licensed provider.

Your information stays private

We encrypt your health details, restrict who can see them, and share them only with the provider and pharmacy handling your order. We never sell them and never use them for ads.

01IS THIS LEGIT? HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM PEPTIDE SITES I’VE SEEN ONLINE?
Most peptides sold online are “research use only,” which means they ship without a pharmacy, a provider, or testing, and they are not legal for human use. IronMend is the opposite: licensed US compounding pharmacies, an independent licensed provider reviewing every order, and pharmacies held to USP standards. That's the entire reason we exist.
02DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?
You don't need to bring one. You place an order and complete a short health intake; an independent licensed provider reviews it and, if appropriate, authorizes the pharmacy to prepare and ship your therapy. The review is built into every order.
03WHAT IF I’M NOT APPROVED?
You pay nothing. Your card is charged when you order (that is what lets us send it for provider review), but if a provider doesn't approve it, nothing ships and you are refunded in full.
04HOW FAST DOES IT SHIP?
Provider review usually takes a day or two. Once approved and paid, the pharmacy prepares and ships your order in up to 5 business days, tracked, right to your door. Shipping's included in the price.
05ARE THESE FDA-APPROVED?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, no matter who sells them. What we control is everything else: licensed pharmacy sourcing, independent testing, and provider review on every order. We'd rather tell you that plainly than bury it in fine print.
06WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Within the United States, to states where our provider network and partner pharmacies operate. You'll select your state during ordering. If a therapy isn't available there yet, we'll tell you before you spend a minute more.
07DO I NEED EXISTING LAB WORK?
Not required. You can order directly without any prior lab work. Testing panels are available as a separate service if you want a full picture, but they are never a prerequisite.
08IS THIS COVERED BY INSURANCE?
Wellness and longevity programs are generally not covered by insurance. IronMend provides transparent pricing before any commitment.
09WHOSE NAME IS ON THE PACKAGE?
A licensed US pharmacy compounds, dispenses, and labels every order. Expect their name on the box, not IronMend's.
