Why IronMend exists.

IronMend was started by a jiu-jitsu athlete who went looking for a legitimate source and couldn’t find one. This is how it started, and the rules it runs on.

It started with a shattered knee.

Daniel’s x-ray.

At a jiu-jitsu tournament in October 2025, I shattered my tibial plateau.

Looking for something legitimate, I found a market of gray-market “research use only” vials: no pharmacy behind them, no provider, and no way to know what was actually in the syringe.

The hardest part wasn’t the injury. It was finding a source I could trust.

IronMend is the company I needed that October: US-licensed pharmacies and independent provider review on every order.

What a provider looks at before prescribing.

Every order gets the same review, by an independent licensed provider. Here is what they read.

  1. 01

    Your health history

What you’ve been diagnosed with, any allergies, and anything else you put on the intake.

  2. 02

    Your current medications

Everything you take, prescription or not.

  3. 03

    Everything else on your intake

Your height and weight, whether you’ve used this kind of therapy before, and anything you want them to know.

The provider decides whether a therapy is appropriate for you, and can decline. If they do, nothing ships and you’re refunded in full.

What IronMend will never do.

  1. Sell a “research use only” vial.
  2. Ship anything an independent licensed provider hasn’t approved.
  3. Call a compounded medication FDA-approved.
  4. Promise you a result, or a timeline.
  5. Invent a review, a number or a doctor.
  6. Hide who made what you receive. The pharmacy’s name is on your label.

Ask any peptide seller three questions. Start with us.

A label you can check is worth more than any promise on a website.

  1. 01

    Which licensed pharmacy made it?

Ours: its name is on your label.

  2. 02

    Which licensed provider reviewed it?

Ours: an independent licensed provider, on every order.

  3. 03

    Can you check it?

Ours: yes, the pharmacy is named on your label. Here’s how.
