How we use AI

What AI helped make

• The site itself. We use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to help design and build pages and to draft text, including this page. A person at IronMend reads and approves every page before it goes live.
• Images and illustrations. Many of the images and illustrations on this site were made with AI tools, including the characters and the narrator in our short explainer films. The characters aren’t real people, and they don’t stand for anyone at IronMend, our provider network or our pharmacy.
• The Journal. AI may help with research and first drafts. Every article lists its sources, and a person checks it before it’s published.

What we never use AI for

• Making up people. No customer, provider, pharmacist, founder or member of staff on this site is made with AI. The photos of Daniel, our founder, and the X-ray of the injury that started IronMend are real.
• Reviews or testimonials. Every review we publish comes from a customer who placed an order, in their own words.
• Pictures of results, or of changes to the body.
• Your order. IronMend doesn’t use AI to screen orders or decide anything about them. An independent licensed provider reviews every order and makes every prescribing decision.
• Your information. We don’t put your personal or health information into AI tools.
• Your messages. When you write to us, a person reads your message and replies.

What you receive

Pictures on this site are illustrations. Your medication is prepared by a US-licensed compounding pharmacy and arrives in that pharmacy’s packaging, with its label.
