IronMend is a wellness and longevity optimization service. We connect clients with independent Longevity Specialists and pharmacy-grade wellness programs. IronMend does not bill insurance and is not a covered entity under HIPAA in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to handling all personal and health-related information with the highest standard of care and confidentiality.
Information We May Receive
In the course of your consultation and ongoing program, Longevity Specialists you work with may collect health-related information including:
- Age, weight, and general health background
- Wellness goals and lifestyle information
- Lab results you voluntarily share
- Therapy program preferences and progress
How We Protect Your Information
- We do not sell health-related information to third parties
- We do not share your information with advertisers
- Access to your information is limited to staff directly involved in your program
- We use secure, encrypted systems to store and transmit information
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
