Not research-grade.Not foreign-made.Not unverified.
“Pharmacy-grade” gets used loosely. At IronMend it means something specific: a US-licensed compounding pharmacy prepares and labels it, and an independent licensed provider reviews the order before anything reaches a client.
Why sourcing standards matter
Products sold outside licensed pharmacy channels aren't required to be tested at all. No one is accountable for whether the contents match the label: the dosage, the purity, or even the compound itself. That accountability gap is the risk, and it's the entire reason IronMend sources exclusively from licensed US pharmacies.
The IronMend sourcing model addresses this at the point of origin: a US-licensed compounding pharmacy prepares and dispenses every order, and an independent licensed provider reviews it before any compound enters a client program. This is the minimum standard for responsible longevity therapy, and the standard the market has consistently failed to meet.
Our quality standards
US-Licensed 503A/503B Compounding Pharmacies Only
IronMend sources exclusively from pharmacies holding active 503A or 503B licenses under FDA oversight. 503B outsourcing facilities operate under Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards. 503A pharmacies prepare compounds under state pharmacy board regulation. We do not work with foreign pharmacies, research chemical suppliers, or any unregulated source.
Held to USP Standards
Licensed compounding pharmacies are required to prepare medications to United States Pharmacopeia standards, which govern identity, purity and potency. 503B outsourcing facilities additionally operate under Current Good Manufacturing Practice rules. We source only from pharmacies holding those licenses.
Longevity Specialist Support
IronMend is not a faceless checkout. A licensed provider reviews every order before it is dispensed, as required for pharmacy fulfillment. A Longevity Specialist is also available if you have questions, want guidance on which therapy fits your goals, or want to adjust your program. Support when you want it, not mandatory appointments.
Sourcing Transparency
Every ingredient in every compound is disclosed; no proprietary blends. Your prescription label and packaging carry the dispensing pharmacy's name, not IronMend's. By law, a compounded medication is labeled by the pharmacy that fills it, so the pharmacy that prepared your order is identifiable from what arrives.
Pharmacy-grade vs. research-grade
Compounds sold online as “research-grade” or “for research use only” exist in an unregulated space. The labeling reflects the legal reality: without proper pharmacy dispensing, they cannot be lawfully sold for human use. The distinction matters for both safety and accountability.
