The IronMend Standard
Not research-grade. Not foreign-made. Not unverified.
“Pharmacy-grade” gets used loosely. At IronMend it means something specific: US-licensed compounding pharmacy, documented lot provenance, and independent third-party laboratory verification before anything reaches a client.
Why sourcing standards matter
Independent testing has found that a significant portion of peptides and compounds sold through unregulated online vendors contain incorrect dosages, unlabeled excipients, microbial contamination, or heavy metal residues. This is not a theoretical risk — it is a documented, consistent finding across multiple studies and consumer safety reviews.
The IronMend sourcing model addresses this at the point of origin: US-licensed pharmacy, known raw material provenance, independent laboratory verification, and Specialist review before any compound enters a client program. This is the minimum standard for responsible longevity therapy — and the standard the market has consistently failed to meet.
Our quality standards
US-Licensed 503A/503B Compounding Pharmacies Only
IronMend sources exclusively from pharmacies holding active 503A or 503B licenses under FDA oversight. 503B outsourcing facilities operate under Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards. 503A pharmacies prepare compounds under state pharmacy board regulation. We do not work with foreign pharmacies, research chemical suppliers, or any unregulated source.
Independent Third-Party Laboratory Testing
Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory — not the compounding pharmacy's in-house lab. Testing confirms identity, purity percentage, potency, and absence of common contaminants including heavy metals, endotoxins, and microbial contamination. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every order.
Longevity Specialist Oversight Throughout
IronMend is not a checkout cart. Every program is designed by a qualified Longevity Specialist who reviews your health profile and goals before recommending anything. Your Specialist remains engaged throughout your program — monitoring progress and adjusting protocols as needed. Not every client is right for every program.
Sourcing Transparency
We maintain records of pharmacy provenance, lot numbers, and laboratory results for every order. Clients can request their COA at any time. Every ingredient in every compound is disclosed — no proprietary blends, no obscured sourcing. If we can't document it, we don't offer it.
Pharmacy-grade vs. research-grade
Compounds sold online as “research-grade” or “for research use only” exist in an unregulated space. The labeling reflects the legal reality: without proper pharmacy dispensing, they cannot be lawfully sold for human use. The distinction matters for both safety and accountability.
